Energy Star Certification Program: Offering our expertise to ensure compliance with the Energy Star program requirements.This service includes a three-part testing and verification service which is conducted to confirm the home or building has met the requirements of Energy Star program.

Green Building Certification Programs: Offering insight, consulting, and independent verification specifically related to the leading green building programs available today. The following programs are currently available.

  • NAHB Green Home Building Guideline program

Xtreme Energy Certification Program: A certification program that verifies adherence to the specifications, requirements and performance ratings necessary for obtaining a $2,000 Federal EPA Tax Credit.

New Home Consulting Services: A comprehensive approach to assuring total performance from the ground up.

  • Design of HVAC systems including system loads, air filtering, and home ventilation systems.

  • Energy Efficiency program consultation with builder or homeowner and design/construction team.

  • Write or review specifications for healthy, energy efficient and sustainable homes.

Home Performance Audits: A thorough review of your home's environment from a systems review standpoint. We can identify the causes of high energy bills, building component failures and indoor comfort problems. We offer two types of audits to perfectly match your needs.

  • The visual audit, which is a visual inspection by a building science consultant that identifies potential problem areas. A summary report is provided to the client identifying the problems found during the audit.
  • The comprehensive audit uses diagnostic and testing equipment to properly identify problem areas that are not visible during the visual audit and is a more comprehensive technical review of the building.
